    Guide Fixing

    How do you require your guide runners to be fitted?

    Internal Fit: The guides are fitting fully behind the opening inside of the building.

    Reveal Fit: The guides are fitting between the brickwork/structural support.

    Internal Fit Limited Fixing: This is if you don't have the full side room for the guides so they will be partly on show in the opening.

    Part Reveal: One guide fixes behind the brickwork/structural and the other one fits in the opening to the flat wall.

    External Fixing: The guides fit on the external brick/structure face.

    Box Fixing

    * 

    The lintel position determines where your top box is fitted. 

    Roll Under Lintel: This is mainly for reveal fixing where you don't have any headroom above the opening.

    Limited Headroom: This is if you don't have the full headroom for the box but have some room to get fixings.

    Roll Behind Lintel: This is if you have the full headroom for the box.

    Roll In-Front Of Lintel: This is if the shutter is being externally fitted.

Warranty

The operation of the shutter along with the finish of the curtain, guide rails and box is guaranteed for a period of 2 years . The standard motor is also guaranteed for 2 years. If you choose to upgrade to the Somfy motor, this is guaranteed for 5 years. All warranty is parts only. See our Terms & Conditions page for full warranty details.

Measuring Guide

Please see below image of how to measure for the roller shutter. Opening width is between the guide rails and overall width is including the rails. This also applies to the height so the opening height is underneath the bottom slat and overall height is including the box.

Remember to take into account the bottom slat hanging down in the guides when the shutter is fully open. This will prevent it being in the way of an opening out door or window. We will always add this on for you unless there is isn’t sufficient headroom in which case we will get in touch before proceeding with production.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks unless you are located in Scotland or Cornwall. If you are located in Scotland or Cornwall, please get in touch to confirm the delivery time.

Occasionally there may be a slight delay on certain material but we will get in touch as soon as possible to inform you in this instance and keep you updated.

If you require your order quickly, please get in touch to confirm stock availability and we can also offer alternate delivery options. We can offer quotations for delivery using a variety of UK leading courier services if the standard delivery service is not suitable for your project requirements.
