Mini Roll Garage Doors – Compact, Insulated & Low Maintenance
Mini Roll garage doors are the perfect choice when you need security, insulation, and space-saving design. Ideal for residential garages, these doors feature compact construction with smooth, motorised operation.
Space-Saving Design with Strong Insulation
The door is built using 55mm double-skinned aluminium slats, filled with CFC-free foam insulation. This helps maintain your garage’s temperature, reduce noise, and improve energy efficiency. The curtain rolls neatly into a 205mm compact half box, ideal for garages with limited headroom.
The polyester powder-coated finish is available in a range of colours and is virtually maintenance free—no painting required.
The Mini Roll Garage Doors have Heavy-Duty Guide Rails and Floor Seals
To ensure strength and durability, we use 66mm heavy-duty side guides with built-in seals. A rubber bottom seal helps compensate for uneven flooring and improves weather resistance.
Smooth Motorised Operation with Remote Control
Every Mini Roll garage door comes with a 240v tubular motor and a secure locking mechanism. You’ll also receive:

How do you require your guide runners to be fitted?
Internal Fit: The guides are fitting fully behind the brickwork. Please mention if you are intending to put PVC linings on the reveals or if you intend to render the reveals. This is because we can make the edge of the guide show in the reveal to give you a finishing edge.
Reveal Fit: The guides are fitting between the brickwork.
Internal Fit limited Fixing: This is if you don't have the full side room for the guides so they will be partly on show in the opening.
Part Reveal: One guide fixes behind the brickwork and the other one fits in the opening to the flat wall.
External Fixing: The guides fit on the external brick face.

Roll Under Lintel: This is mainly for reveal fixing where you don't have any headroom above the opening. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE ALUMINIUM ANGLE IN THE ACCESSORIES AS THIS IS NEEDED TO STIFFEN THE BOX.
Limited Headroom: This is if you don't have the full headroom for the box but have some room to get fixings. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE ALUMINIUM ANGLE IN THE ACCESSORIES IF YOU DON'T HAVE AT LEAST 150MM HEADROOM AS THIS IS NEEDED TO STIFFEN THE BOX.
Roll Behind Lintel: This is if you have the full headroom for the box.
Roll In-Front Of Lintel: This is if the door is being externally fitted.
