Description
The Tiger Roll Garage Door comprises of 77mm double skinned aluminium slats insulated with a CFC free foam which rolls up in a 300mm box. This is polyester powder coated, therefore does not require painting which makes it virtually maintenance free.
We use heavy duty 90mm guides with a patented triple seal to give maximum insulation. Each door comes with a heavy duty rubber seal to the base, this will take up a small amount of tolerance in the floor level.
Each door has a 240v tubular motor with a heavy duty locking mechanism. It is supplied with a ‘hold to run’ control mechanism complete with 2 remotes. This can simply be plugged in to a standard socket.
With the accessories below you have the option for soft touch safety (select Rollixo wireless safety system in the accessories), which allows a single press for the door to close. You could also take advantage of upgrading to a 5 year warranty and various controls such as a wall-switch or keypad.

How do you require your guide runners to be fitted?
Internal Fit: The guides are fitting fully behind the brickwork. Please mention if you are intending to put PVC linings on the reveals or if you intend to render the reveals. This is because we can make the edge of the guide show in the reveal to give you a finishing edge.
Reveal Fit: The guides are fitting between the brickwork.
Internal Fit limited Fixing: This is if you don't have the full side room for the guides so they will be partly on show in the opening.
Part Reveal: One guide fixes behind the brickwork and the other one fits in the opening to the flat wall.
External Fixing: The guides fit on the external brick face.

Roll Under Lintel: This is mainly for reveal fixing where you don't have any headroom above the opening. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE ALUMINIUM ANGLE IN THE ACCESSORIES AS THIS IS NEEDED TO STIFFEN THE BOX.
Limited Headroom: This is if you don't have the full headroom for the box but have some room to get fixings. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE ALUMINIUM ANGLE IN THE ACCESSORIES IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 250MM HEADROOM THIS IS NEEDED TO STIFFEN THE BOX.
Roll Behind Lintel: This is if you have the full 300mm headroom for the box.
Roll In-Front Of Lintel: This is if the door is being externally fitted.
